When I'm not traveling:
Every day starts with coffee! At the moment, I'm blending ghee + coconut oil with my morning Joe.
AM Gym session at Urban Life - 10 - 12 Olympic Lifting, gymnastics, Crossfit Metcons.
12-2 Lunch + Meetings at Original Grain.
PM gym session - 2-3 Conditioning
3 - 5 Meetings, generally back at Original Grain.
5 - 9 catch up on email, dinner, read blogs I'm interested in, and resting up to do it all over the next day!
I love to travel, meet new people, and see new things. I always look to provide value where I can - insight, advice, connecting people, etc. I've come to realize, if I do the above, "collecting dots and adding value", amazing opportunities will present themselves 👍🏻
