WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Matador has a standard 30-day return policy from the date of order. Returned goods must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping goods back to Matador unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please email CustomerService@MatadorUp.com or call Matador Customer Service at 1-720-242-6437 to schedule your return. Upon receiving the item in the condition in which it was shipped, we will process a full refund.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
Matador products have a 1-year warranty on material and workmanship. If you have an issue with a Matador product within 1 year of the purchase date, we will replace, refund or repair the item free of charge. This warranty does not cover abuse, unusual use or damaged otherwise caused by the customer outside of normal wear and tear.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
We offer free shipping on every order within the US. Plus, expedited options at additional cost.
HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP?
Orders placed before 3PM EST / 12PM PST usually ship the same day. Orders placed after that cutoff will ship the next business day.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders over $100USD ship for free. Shipping does not include import duties/taxes. International orders ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and transfer to the local/federal postal service in the customer's country. Matador is not responsible for any taxes, duties or import fees. These must be covered by the receiver.
HOW DO I SHIP TO A DPO ADDRESS?
To ship to a DPO, contact customer service at customerservice@MatadorUp.com so that we can provide you with instructions. It's easy, we promise.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE WHERE I CAN SEE THE PRODUCT IN PERSON BEFORE I BUY?
Short answer, no. But we are carried in over 2000 stores worldwide. We don't have a list of stores because we are constantly adding more, but just send us an email and we'll find you the closest one. We also offer a 30-day return policy in case the goods don't live up to your expectations.
